I was lucky enough to come across Stepping Stone Support when I was hospitalized back in 2008. At the time of my hospital stay I just placed the card aside. It was not until years later when I realized what Stepping Stone Support represented and the true gift they gave to cancer patients. If it was not for the founder Renee and her Survivor's Little Helper many people would not have hope through such a difficult journey. She is an amazing individual

I have definitely had my share of ups and downs when my husband and I were trying to conceive. I am blessed, however, to have 2 beautiful children. I was there when Stepping Stone Support was just a thought. I am proud to say that I am part of Stepping Stone Support's Steering Committee and a volunteer. This organization has helped me in more ways than I let on. I'm not one to talk much about my own personal obstacles so through SSS I find my comfort.
