Craft Fair Fundraiser Vendor Application

TERMS OF EXHIBITION – Release of Liability Must be signed and submitted with Application
Provide your own 6’ table per 10x10 space, chairs, displays, tents, etc. No space reserved without signed application and full payment. All items sold must be listed and approved by organization. We reserve the right to accept or refuse exhibitor participation. We reserve the right to remove items from booth that are not listed. All exhibitors are responsible leaving their area clean. No firearms, knives, drug paraphernalia, smoking, obscene and/or illegal items. Event has a rain date of June 29, 2025. In the event of fair cancellation due to weather there will be no refunds. Absolutely no packing prior to close of fair. Assigned space will not be held for exhibitors arriving after stated start time. Exhibitors can not change assigned space. NO REFUNDS.

Agreeing to Terms indicates that I am in agreement with the above terms of exhibition. It is further agreed that all vendors are independent agents and that neither Stepping Stone Support Inc., the Town of Brookhaven, or the owner of the premises, A1 Roofing, will be held responsible for injury, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever.
