What will each recipient receive if selected?
One on one personal training sessions and nutrition coaching for one hour, 3 times a week for one month with the option to reapply for additional sessions (based on availability).

Who will train me?
Brenden M. Scott has been a volunteer and youth leader since 2005. He is an LSU alum and is an insured and Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine which is an NCAA accredited organization. He is also American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.

Where will I attend training sessions?
The Scott Experiment LLC has a fully functioning home gym located at 12 Platinum Ct, Medford, NY 11763.

Are small group sessions allowed if another family member(s) would also like to apply and attend with me?
Yes, we encourage family members to train together. However, groups may consist of no more than 4 people per session. Please note that each person must apply separately and meet program guidelines.

What kind of training sessions are included in the sessions?
Weight loss, Muscle Growth, Weightlifting, Speed and Agility Programs are designed towards each individuals’ goals

How will I know if I’m selected?
You will receive an email from SSS shortly after applying followed by an email from TSE. You will be required to filled out a few forms prior to your first training session.
